Terms of service

Last updated November 6, 2026

These terms cover the Reverie website, store, launcher and client (together, “Reverie”). By creating an account or using Reverie you agree to them, to the privacy policy and to the refund policy.

Not affiliated with Jagex

Reverie is an independent third-party client. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Jagex Ltd. Old School RuneScape and its names belong to Jagex. Using third-party software or automation may break Jagex's rules and can lead to your game accounts being banned or penalised. You use Reverie at your own risk and are responsible for your game accounts.

Your account

Licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Reverie client and the scripts you have access to, on the number of clients and instances your account allows. You must not:

Purchases

Scripts and scripters

Scripts on the store are written by independent scripters. Reverie reviews each build before it is published, but doesn't guarantee that a script works, keeps working after game updates, or suits your needs. Scripters are responsible for supporting their scripts.

If you publish scripts: you must own or have the right to publish the code; you give Reverie the right to read your linked repository, build, review, obfuscate and distribute your scripts to buyers; and you must respond to bug reports about your scripts within a reasonable time. Reverie may reject or remove any script.

Availability and changes

Reverie, its scripts and the game can change, break or go offline at any time, including after game updates. We may change, suspend or stop Reverie. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and using Reverie after a change means you accept it.

Ending your access

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses refunds or chargebacks, or puts Reverie or its users at risk, and in serious cases without a refund. You can stop using Reverie at any time and ask us to delete your account through support.

No warranty and limited liability

Reverie is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Reverie and its scripters are not liable for lost or banned game accounts, lost items or progress, or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
