Scripts
You can get a refund for a script you bought if, within 7 days of buying it:
- you have run the script for less than 6 hours in total; or
- you reported a bug in the script and its scripter did not respond to it.
Script runtime is measured by the Reverie client while the script runs (paused time doesn't count), and our records decide how long a script has run. Whether a scripter has been unresponsive is decided by Reverie staff from the support ticket.
After 7 days
All purchases are final 7 days after you buy them. For a monthly plan, each monthly payment is a separate purchase: cancelling stops the next renewal, and a payment can only be refunded within 7 days of it being taken, under the rules above.
Lifetime purchases
“Lifetime” means for as long as the Reverie client operates. If Reverie stops operating, or a script is removed from the store, lifetime purchases end and no refund is given.
What isn't refunded
- Purchases more than 7 days old.
- Game accounts that are banned, muted or otherwise penalised while using Reverie or any script.
- Reverie, a script or the game changing, going down or being shut down, including after a game update.
- Free products and access granted by a scripter.
How to ask for a refund
Open a ticket on the support page with the script's name and why you are asking. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; your access to the script ends when the refund is made.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. If a payment is disputed, we may suspend the account that made it while the dispute is open.
